
Marie Antoine

Marie Antoine, PhD, has been working at IDEA Consult since 2019 as an expert in socio-economic and employment policies.
She has led numerous projects to evaluate and develop strategies and reforms relating, in particular, to social inclusion, employment policies, the social economy, and training and skills development. In terms of methodology, Marie is an expert in qualitative research methods, as well as in facilitation and collective intelligence techniques.
She holds a PhD in economics and management from UCLouvain obtained in 2018, after having developed a PhD thesis on the transformation of workspaces in companies and the impact on the construction of organizational identity. In addition to her thesis, she was a researcher at the laboRH Chair in Human Management and Work Transformations, and has worked on research on topics related to human resources management and organizational transformation, such as employability, identification of critical occupations, managerial function transformation, recognition, and new organizational designs.
After her experience at UCLouvain, she joined the University of Liège as a postdoctoral researcher on an FNRS project to study the career paths of workers on the project.
Visiting professor at UCLouvain since 2018, she currently teaches “Introduction to Labour Sciences” and “Contemporary Issues in Human Resources Management”, and supervises master theses at the Louvain School of Management and the School of Labour Sciences.
