Governing today is ever-more complex. The environment is changing at lightning speed, resources are limited and everyone wants to be involved. Our services to public organisations:

Local & regional development
The social challenges for the coming years will largely be addressed at regional and local level. This calls for innovative frameworks, new partnerships and experiments. Cities face different challenges and opportunities than rural regions. Our IDEA consultants have extensive experience in both environments. We assist our clients with:
- Tackling transitions in the social, economic, ecological or administrative domains, both in terms of content and process (roadbook, stakeholder management, etc.)
- Designing and supervising integrated projects in cities, village centres or rural contexts
