Tille Peters is a consultant in culture and creative sectors at IDEA Consult. In 2022, Tille obtained her master’s degree in product development with a specialization in interaction and strategic design. She then pursued a master’s program at Erasmus University Rotterdam, graduating in 2023 with a Master of Arts in Cultural Economics & Entrepreneurship.

During this master’s program, Tille explored both culture-specific topics and issues at the intersection of culture and other domains. She participated in the OFF Labs Arts & Sciences program, where she contributed to field research and an advisory report aimed at developing a younger audience for the Opera Forward Festival, an annual event of Dutch National Opera & Ballet Amsterdam. Her thesis focused on the intersections between the cultural and well-being sectors in the Netherlands, with a specific emphasis on the impact of cultural participation.

At IDEA Consult, Tille works on policy studies, evaluations, and process facilitation within the field of culture and creative sectors, intersecting with innovation, heritage, and tourism. Thanks to her background in strategic design, she approaches policy issues systemically, applying innovative methodologies to reveal underlying structures and dynamics.
