Tille Peters

In 2022, Tille obtained her master’s degree in product development with specialisation in interaction & strategic design. After this, she decided to pursue additional studies at Erasmus University Rotterdam, where she successfully completed the Master of Arts in Cultural Economics & Entrepreneurship in 2023. As part of her master thesis research, she delved into the interfaces between the culture and welfare sectors in the Netherlands. More specifically, she investigated how the challenges and opportunities of museum activities, which contribute to the subjective well-being of its visitors, are approached by cultural policymakers on the one hand and museum staff on the other. As a participant in the OFF Labs Arts & Sciences organised by National Opera & Ballet Amsterdam, Tille collaborated on a field research and consultancy report aimed at developing a younger target audience of the Opera Forward Festival, an annual event of the National Opera & Ballet Amsterdam.
