
Lucien Kahane

Lucien Kahane is an architect and urban planner. As an architect, he has contributed to numerous construction projects and has drawn up a number of masterplans. His final thesis dealt with the complex subject of regeneration in run-down urban areas. In 2008, Lucien followed an additional training in real estate development at the Solvay Business School in Brussels.
Lucien has been working at IDEA Consult as a consultant in Real Estate and Urban Development since 2005. His expertise lies in general urban planning, real estate and spatial economics research, both on a strategic level as for area-specific developments. Within the team, Lucien acts as the commercial expert—particularly in the residential real estate market—through the numerous market studies conducted for housing and mixed-use projects, as well as studies related to planning policies. In the context of urban development and masterplanning projects, he advises on programmatic and operational strategy.
