Johan Puel
Johan Puel joined the Territorial Development and Real Estate team in April 2021. Johan graduated from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne in History and Political Science in 2019. He then joined the Ecole d’Urbanisme de Paris to complete his master’s degree in urban planning and development. For his second year, he specialized in project, programming and urban management. During these two years, he studied multiple themes (changing urban spaces, urban economy, real estate, programming, GIS) and conducted two diagnostic and programming workshops on urban spaces in Greater Paris. He also completed two research theses: one on the introduction of social housing in affluent Parisian neighbourhoods (1st prize of the “Aménager le Grand Paris” chair in 2020) and one on the programming of station neighbourhoods in medium-sized Walloon cities. Within the territorial development and real estate team, he mainly works on programming, market research, territorial development and circular economy missions.
