In January 2021, Gaëlle joined the Real Estate and Territorial development team as an analyst. She previously worked for IDEA Consult as an intern for four months.

Gaëlle has an architecture diploma since 2017 at the National Architecture school of Versailles. Then, she joined the Urban planning school of Paris for a master in urban and territorial development. During the second year, she made a specialization in urban planning and studies in European cities. As part of her master, she wrote a thesis on the obstacles and levers to circular economy in the construction sector.
