Chloé Brassart, PhD in Economics and Management, has been working since November 2023 as a consultant at IDEA Consult in the field of Labor Market & Socio-Economic Policy.

She obtained her PhD in 2024 after developing a doctoral thesis on the institutionalization of platform work in the taxi sector in Brussels. At the same time, she worked in action-research at LENTIC (University of Liège) focusing on labor market transformations, HR strategies, new forms of employment, and change management.
