Emmeline holds a degree in Business Management with a specialization in sustainable business models obtained from ICHEC. During her master’s program, she completed an internship and dedicated her thesis to the development of a small Brussels-based start-up in the Flemish market. The main mission of this company was to promote Belgian products through the short supply chain. To achieve this, she analyzed existing short supply chain initiatives in Flanders, as well as the sustainable interests and habits of Flemish consumers. Subsequently, she pursued a master’s degree in environmental and sustainability management at the Université Catholique de Louvain (UCL). These studies allowed her to comprehend the issue of sustainable transition from scientific, social, legal, and economic perspectives. Emmeline joined Idea’s Territorial and Real Estate Development team in September 2023 as an intern, becoming a full member and taking on the role of analyst in January 2024.
