Chloé has a master’s degree in Human Resources Management and is currently finalising her thesis in economics and management at HEC Liège. Her PhD focuses on the regulation of platform work in the taxi sector in Brussels. In addition to her doctoral studies, she has taken part in research and intervention projects at the LENTIC (University of Liège) on changes in the labour market and HR strategies. As a result, she acquired expertise in both institutional and organisational issues using qualitative analysis methods.
