Laura Lecluyse is a senior consultant/researcher in the Innovation, Competitiveness and Sustainability team at IDEA Consult and has a broad interest in entrepreneurship, innovation, impact measurement and evaluation. Laura is also a Visiting Professor at Ghent University where she teaches a course on ‘research methods’ at the faculty of economics and business administration.

Before joining IDEA Consult, Laura worked as a doctoral researcher and later also as a post-doctoral researcher at Ghent University in the field of ‘entrepreneurship and innovation’. Laura’s doctoral dissertation was awarded the international ‘Heizer Award for Outstanding Doctoral Research in the field of new enterprise development’. Her post-doctoral project was financed by FWO Flanders, Ghent University and the Department of Economy, Science and Innovation of the Flemish Government.
