Dr. Elisabeth Abraham is a senior research consultant of the Regional and Local Governance (RLG) team at IDEA Consult. She combines a background in academic research and change management consulting. Through this experience and her strong communicational skills, Elisabeth is able to support customers in rethinking/evaluation their strategy and way of working in line with policy developments and a changing environment.

Elisabeth is experienced in guiding organizational strategy and transformation, organizing and facilitating interactive workshops, interviewing and the analysis of interview data, stakeholdermanagement, internal and external communication, and supporting processes and project management. Her research expertise includes topics of career management, work-life combination, employee well-being and gender.

Elisabeth has a PhD in Business Economics, with a focus on sustainable career management. She also holds master degrees in Business Economics, Management and Comparative Literature.
