David Monic is an engineer, as well as a business school graduate (ESSEC, Paris). He has been a member of the RICS since 2010. After four years of property surveying where he valued various types of holdings (offices, housing, warehouses, retirement homes etc), David worked for 6 years as a consultant with a number of communities, advising on housing and urban matters related to land development. In addition, he advised large consumers on their property issues (property information systems, property development plans, organisation of property teams, tenders for maintenance projects etc). This experience has given him a broad view of property issues in both the public and private sectors. David uses his skills and knowledge to the benefit of public and/or private clients, creating added value to urban property projects in cities or even on a regional or national scale.
