Lise Nackaerts has been working at IDEA Consult since March 2021. She uses her expertise in education and training for both policy-oriented research and projects in which she acts as a process supervisor. Her projects focus on themes related to education, the connection between education and the labour market, lifelong learning and the development of future-oriented skills.

Lise graduated as master in pedagogical sciences (magna cum laude) with a specialisation in education and training science at KU Leuven. After graduating, she started working at this university as a research assistant and then as a programme coordinator. She worked on various educational projects through mixed-method research. She also developed and organised lifelong learning programmes in various fields (entrepreneurship and innovation, digital transformation, sustainable construction, etc.).

Besides education, Lisa has a strong interest in product development and design thinking. In 2020, she obtained a certificate in integrated product development (KU Leuven – Ghent University). Through the course, she mastered a diverse range of user-oriented and innovative methodologies. She enthusiastically brings these methodologies on board in her work at IDEA Consult.
