Joseph holds a PhD in political and social sciences from UCLouvain (2024). His doctoral research, funded by the Fund for Scientific Research (FNRS), focused on volunteer work in Belgium, using an interdisciplinary approach combining the tools of sociology and law. He also holds a Master’s degree in sociology (with a specialisation in research and social intervention) (UCLouvain, 2017) and a Master’s degree in labour sciences (with a European approach) (UCLouvain, 2018). In the past, Joseph has worked as a project manager for the company Sonecom, where he was responsible for conducting quantitative surveys and qualitative studies for various institutions. Thanks to his studies and professional experience, he has acquired expertise in the field of work and social inclusion, as well as solid methodological skills in data collection and analysis (both qualitative and quantitative).
