Daphné has a Master in Science of Economics, with a specialisation econometric analysis and labour market, from the Université Libre de Bruxelles. She has almost 15 years of experience in evaluation and research in the fields of employment and competence policies.

At IDEA Consult, Daphné is senior expert in Labour market and Socio-Economic Policy. She also worked as a researcher and assistant at the Department of Applied Economics of the ULB (DULBEA) in the research team “Labour market” and “Social security”. With this academic background, Daphné acquired ample knowledge on the economic scope, with econometrics and labour economics as areas of expertise. Her main research interests focus on the evaluation of labour market measures and policies.
