As a clinical and occupational psychologist (KU Leuven), Birgit Verspeek understands both business processes and human behaviour. This provides a clear view of what an organisation or team needs to excel. From that starting point, working together in a solution-oriented way is self-evident. Her expertise therefore lies in participation processes and change management.

During her career as a teacher (Thomas More), HR Manager (Municipality of Mol) and consultant (Mondea, Oh My People), Birgit gained experience in creating synergy between people, processes and ideas. She is able to create links that help organisations achieve their goals.

From her role as Sustainable Development and SDGs Advisor, Birgit is committed to developing solutions that are not only effective in the short term, but also sustainable in the long term.
