Kathy Goffin works at IDEA Consult as an expert within the field of labour market and socio-economic policy. Kathy works on various projects concerning activation, competences, education, (social) integration, etc. and the way actors in these fields cooperate and organize themselves.

Kathy graduated as Master Commercial Engineer at the KU Leuven with a major in Marketing and a minor in International business, strategy and innovation. At IDEA, Kathy works on various study, evaluation and counselling assignments and has gained extensive experience with both qualitative (interviews, focus groups, workshops) and quantitative research methods. In the past, she worked as a project manager at a market research agency and has extensive experience in setting up and analysing quantitative research.
