The challenge

IDEA Consult supported the partnership (with INAGRO as lead partner) of RE-Greenhouse with the development of an INTERREG North-West Europe project proposal. The project was approved in November 2023. RE-Greenhouse aims to accelerate the transition from fossil fuels to renewable energy in the greenhouse sector for climate resilience, food security, and enhanced competitiveness.

The process & results

IDEA supported the projectlead INAGRO in the development and start of the RE-Greenhouse project (approved by Interreg North-West Europe in November 2023, https://re-greenhouse.nweurope.eu/) by:

  • Development of partnership (final partnership 11 partners from BE, FR, DE, LU, NL)
  • Development of Expression of interest: gathering ideas and information from partners, structuring possible project structure, co-creation of final structure with partnership, writing the Expression of interest (all aspects), support during partnermeetings, gathering administrative information, filling in the digital platform,…
  • Development of Full application: refining project structure in co-creation with partners, task division, budget templates and agreements, partnermeetings, partnership agreement, writing the Full aplication (all aspects), gathering administrative information, filling in the digital platform,…
