Céline is currently a junior analyst at IDEA Consult, specializing in labor market dynamics and social integration, with a focus on quantitative methods. She applies her expertise to analyze key trends and challenges in these areas. Céline holds a Master’s degree in Population Sciences – Demography from UCLouvain, where she developed a strong foundation in demographic and social issues.

Prior to joining IDEA Consult, Céline was involved in research at the UCLouvain Demography Research Center and also taught courses on European surveys and opinion polls, gender studies, and quantitative methods.
