As part of the implementation of the Wallonia Smart Specialisation Strategy (S3 Wallonia), the Wagralim and Greenwin Competitiveness Clusters, coordinators of the Innovation Domain Strategy "Agri-food chains of the future and innovative management of the environment" (DIS 5), have asked IDEA Consult to facilitate, on 21 September 2023, 2 workshops dedicated to the transmission of best practices in the management of innovation ecosystems.

The topics covered during these workshops were as follows:

• Workshop 1: Ensuring effective and open collaboration between innovation ecosystem partners
• Workshop 2: Providing assistance with R&D investment/financing schemes

The best practices were accompanied by examples gleaned from European projects coordinated by IDEA Consult as part of programmes such as S3 or the Vanguard Initiative.
