Network Coordination
Cooperation is no longer a choice, but a must. No organisation is able to achieve its objectives on its own any more. Cooperation, or working in networks, can take various forms. Sometimes it is about project-based cooperation, sometimes about learning networks, sometimes about more sustainable organisational networks.
The road for project partners who do not yet know each other, through a learning network to a sustainable organisational network, requires the building of trust. IDEA supports organisational networks in the development of sustainable relationships, focused on impact.
Examples:
- Learning network of Flemish regions (17) within the framework of the strengthened regional policy;
- Learning network between the “Focus on talent” projects in Flanders in order to achieve a higher employment rate and proportional participation in the labour market;
- Vanguard: guidance for European regions that have joined forces to look at industrial transition.
